I was really pleased with the easy to use web site of this company and this prompted me to `save as favorites` so I could find it again - and I am glad I did. Hi, I thought the turnaround of the order was good. However, when the box was delivered it was torn in several places, very battered, and the contents could be clearly seen. The box looked like it had been used several times before (it was more tape than box!) and it was it was only the tape that was holding it together. I am all for recycling but not to the point that it puts the contents of the box at risk of getting damaged!

First time I`ve used the site (ordered in may) even though i`ve had it on my favourites for a while. Kept the minimum order as I didn`t know initially how well they`d sell now I`m kicking myself as all gone within 3 weeks and they are now out of stock. The below customer is off her rocker I shop online for pretty much everything (personal & business) and all round this site is easy to use and the service was fast efficient. Your kept updated throughout the whole process and I find it great value for money. It costs me 4.95 for the majority of items so £8.00 is not expensive at all! Some people don`t know a good thing when it`s slapping them in the face well done to david for the response aswell it made me smile :).

Very dismayed at customer service with respect to not fulfilling my order. Was not informed of any change to my order prior to dispatch. Upon phoning to raise my issue I was faced with a brick wall and it escalated further. I`m disappointed by the attitude of a local business considering the mostly positive comments. I truly believe you need to make some changes to your website to ally stock issues and ensure customer service is consistent across the board.

Snow shovels arrived quite quickly, but had a moulded slot in the section where the handle fits which may be for a securing screw. As this is a rather long slot, I suspect this will provide a week point from where a split may start. Not a good design feature in my view. Time will tell though.

dear sir i purchace a pack of 5. dvd-r on the front of the pack there called mr.dvd. when i came to use them it came up on the recorder the disk was full so i tried another one the same thing happend well i can tell you i wasnt very pleased. i purchaced them from morrisons in telford but because i didnt have my reciet on me the told me they could not do anything about it. i wont be bying any more of your products.

Good delivery, some products out of stock was dissappointed that no one telephone me to offer alternatives products before delivery as this did leave us short, so had to buy locally when i would have taken something else Would use again but would expect a call next time

A very wuick service but did have some problems. I had difficulty understanding the soccer ball order form, thought I had ordered 2 packs of 12 balls but had only ordered 2 balls ! This is for a school fete and could have been disastrous but luckily we have some balls left from last year it just means we will now have to shut that stall early. Also I ordered a giant tennis ball which was out of stock. It would be helpful if your website gives stock levels because we have mentioned this ball in the fete brochure which has already gone to print.

Sorry for the confusion over the Footballs, we will look into this although the price does clearly show the cost per item, not per pack. It would be very difficult to link our website to our stock control. Our system can only cope tracking the stock at our Cash & Carry and Retail Outlets, it can not cope with eBay division or website. We appreciate your comments and would ask any customer to confirm stock availabilty before advertising a product for an event. Thanks
