David |
David is the "Big Boss".
He is pictured here in his office at the helm! His main jobs include, sourcing and buying new stock, handling the many bulk orders that we now receive and keeping the books in order.
He looks forward to his daily walk across the fields with the dogs who soon let him know when it's walkies time!

June
David's Wife |
June is General Manager.
She works down in the warehouse with the rest of the team. June's main role is to make sure all orders go out correctly and on time. She works alongside Luke most days in dispatch where the two of them finalise all orders, ready for the courrier collections in the afternoon.

Garry |
Garry is Head of Marketing and IT.
He now spends most of his time maintaining the website. He creates weekly offers and promotions, produces newsletters to keep our customers updated on new stock arrivals and is endlessly adding new products onto the website. If he has any free time, he helps David with ordering and choosing new stock.
Garry also drives the fork lift and makes sure all deliveries are unloaded safely!

Gwen |
Gwen works in the office with David helping him keep the books in order. |

Luke |
Luke works in the goods inwards and dispatch.
His main jobs include, checking off deliveries that we have- making sure that the right products and quantites have been sent. He also is in charge of packing all of the orders and making sure they go out on time.

Katy |
Katy is Head of customer services and sales.
Her main roles include, day to day dealings with customers via the telephone, emails and in person for those that collect their orders. Katy makes sure that all orders are processed and invoiced correctly, any shortages are noted and amended and stock levels are maintained efficiently. If any customers have issues with their orders or any questions that need answered- Katy is the "go to girl!"
Katy also works alongside Garry helping to maintan the website and adding new lines to the system when they come in.

Roger |
Roger works in the warehouse & goods inwards.
Roger helps out in both depatments. He is very hard working and likes variety. His main jobs include, gathering orders, tidying and maintaining the warehouse and helping stock the aisles after deliveries are received.

Terriel |
Terriel is our main order picker.
He works in the warehouse gathering all orders and is very precise. He knows where almost everything is and what everything looks like- which is impressive as we have a large range of stock! Terriel also keeps the stock locations up to date. This is to enable the pickers to find the products around the warehouse.

Oscar |
Oscar is David and June's dog and he is chief security officer.
His job is to alert us to lorries and low flying aircraft! He is very fond of Sophie. We think it's love!

Sophie |
Sophie is one of Garry's dogs and helps Luke in goods inwards (where the sun shines) and is part of the welcoming party ( along with Oscar). She has recently found our armchair where we regularly find her having a mid-day snooze! |

Skye |
Skye is our latest canine addition! She is an 11 week old Border Collie and has started work already. Her job at the moment is to keep us calm - she's a great stress reliever! She gets plenty of cuddles, and enjoys her new life at the warehouse.
Skye is now 14 months old and is Deputy Security Officer! She works along Oscar in alerting us to deliveries and the arrival of the Postman!
She is still a great tonic for cheering everyone up- she loves kisses and has a tongue like a lizard!
